How to Fulfil An Order

 

Once an order has been placed through Buy Aussie Now, you will receive an email notifying you. This email will be sent to the email address nominated in your store details. The order will also appear in the "Orders" section of your Buy Aussie Now seller account.

To view the details of each order click on the blue hyperlinked "Order" button under "View", here you will be able to view the items ordered and the customer address information. 

Once an order has been dispatched/shipped to the customer you are then able to notify the customer that the order has been dispatched/shipped and provide tracking information if applicable. 

The field to enter tracking information can be found at the bottom of the page, from the "Select Shipping Carrier" drop down menu select "Other". You will then need to enter tracking information; the carrier name (Australia Post, the carriers tracking site or website, eg https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search ,  and the tracking ID number.

Once this information has been entered, scroll back up to the top of the page, and click the 'SHIP' button at the top of the screen.  Do not click 'ADD' as this will add another line to your shipping information and not save what you have previously entered.

Please note that all orders must be marked as complete to be remitted.
